By opting into the Thomas Clemens Law mobile messaging program, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

  1. Program Description

Thomas Clemens Law offers mobile alerts, including transactional notifications (e.g., appointment reminders, order status) and promotional messages (e.g., sales, newsletters). Messages are sent via a 10-digit long code.

  1. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the specific campaign you have joined. You can expect to receive approximately [X] messages per month.

After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Thomas Clemens Law and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  1. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All data collected through our SMS program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.
